Standard micro-motors are typically designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C. In Saudi industrial applications, ambient temperatures can exceed 50°C. Under these conditions, the internal temperature of a motor under continuous load can quickly exceed the insulation class limit (typically Class B, 130°C). Our solutions address this by utilizing Class F (155°C) and Class H (180°C) enameled wire insulation, paired with high-performance synthetic lubricants. These components maintain viscosity and protect internal gears from dry friction, even under prolonged operation.
Fine sand particles can quickly damage open gears and motor commutators. Our micro gear motors feature sealed planetary gear housing boxes, with internal dynamic shaft seals.
